COLUMBUS—Far left radical activist groups’ protests on college campuses across the country, including at Ohio State, have been bankrolled by far left radical activist groups and PACs funded by George Soros, among others. New details emerging suggest the fervor has been agitated by outside groups.

The University of Florida said in a statement that many pro-Hamas demonstrators were “outside agitators.”

Meanwhile, WSYX in Columbus reported only 18 of the 40 arrests made on Ohio State’s campus were students. The Columbus Dispatch reported at least one arrested was a faculty member. Ohio.news is working to learn the identity of those arrested.
It was reported in 2023 that Soros-linked groups had funded pro-Hamas groups to the tune of $15 million. The billionaire activist has been widely active, politically, in Ohio. Soros and others funded abortion groups and Ohio’s Issue 1 last year, sparking Ohio state senators to introduce legislation banning foreign cash in Ohio.
